With five banquet rooms and more than 6,200 square feet of rental space, the Thrasher-Horne Center can accommodate any of your banquet hall rental needs. Each room is designed to suit multiple uses and some have movable wall partitions to create larger room setups. Our experienced on-site staff is on hand to help with your event venue needs. 

The Thrasher-Horne Center is situated on the beautiful campus of the St. Johns River State College in Orange Park. Easily accessible from the Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas, the Center offers ample free parking for your guests, in a serene setting.

Our center features all of the amenities you need to make your event a success, including wireless internet access, the latest audio-visual equipment, on-campus security, and much more.

All room rental fees include furniture setup according to your specifications and furniture breakdown. Your furnishing options include round or rectangular tables and cushioned chairs for your guests’ comfort, and each room offers separately controlled lighting and thermostats.

Additional equipment is available for rent, including white linens, podiums, a/v carts, cordless handheld or lapel microphones, a dance floor, pianos, and more.

You may use your own caterer or take advantage of our recommended caterers who can provide a menu to fit any budget and style. Our professional event staff maintains a list of local caterers for everything from fun-themed luncheons to formal dinners. Please contact us with questions regarding serving alcohol at your event. The Center houses a large caterer's warming kitchen, available for rental, the day of your event.
